Clients may discontinue services with reasonable notice and in accordance with any agreed project terms or retainers.

Scheduling & Communication

Scheduling tools such as Acuity or related third-party systems may be used for consultations, discovery calls, and ongoing communication.

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling and CRM platforms

We are not responsible for outages, platform policy changes, technical interruptions, or actions taken by third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All original branding, content, creative strategy, materials, and website content produced by Spel Media Agency remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business materials, trademarks, and proprietary content provided for project use.
